I’m Kelsie Ozamiz. KO for short.
A human who writes, directs and produces cool videos in Chicago and the Midwest at large.
A journalism major turned copywriter, I drafted my first explainer video script in 2016 and soon became insatiable for anything with a play button. For the past 10 years I’ve been pitching concepts, writing scripts, producing and directing creative videos for brands and agencies alike.
I’ve lead video campaigns for clients like GEICO, Zocdoc, AIG, Lenovo, Pella, Kohl’s and the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation.
Currently available freelance work on-site in Chicago and the surrounding Midwest region, and remotely worldwide.

Fun(?) Facts:
I trained and performed improv and sketch comedy for eight years at Chicago’s iO Theater and The Second City.
I grew up in Columbus, Ohio and have lived in NYC, Seattle and Berlin. I currently live in Chicago with my German husband (hallo!) and our dog that looks like a fox (meow!).
